Wholesale Title Solutions™ offers title search services to obtain title abstracts. We head to the courthouse, poring over physical documents and computer databases to conduct reliable and accurate title searches, and deliver abstracts with fast turnaround times. We research and provide title histories and abstracts for national outsourcing companies, other settlement service companies, lenders, title underwriters, and others in the real estate information space.
The Wholesale Title Solutions team is made up of seasoned experts who understand the stringent demands of the fast-paced mortgage industry. We move quickly but research deeply, conducting the fastest and most reliable real property searches in the industry.

Retail Title Solutions™ provides true full-service settlement services, helping consumers and companies navigate real estate transactions through a host of specialties. We’re experts in both residential and commercial transactions, offering closing, escrow, and notary public services in addition to being licensed title insurance agents.
At Retail Title Solutions, we work directly with you to issue title insurance and lead you through the closing process. We dive into the details of your sale so that you can close confidently and focus on your future property. Our goal is to provide all parties a transaction experience that welcomes more opportunities to grow together.
