Our name tells you what we’re all about: Direct Title Solutions offers a full suite of clear and comprehensive real estate settlement services. We’re seasoned in both the commercial and residential sectors, conducting detailed title search histories, drafting reliable title abstracts, issuing title insurance, and leading smooth closing transactions.
We’re committed to building a better title industry – one that’s direct, fast-moving, accurate, and embraces twenty-first century technology. The title industry can have a reputation for being difficult to navigate, with a messy network of documents and courthouse systems culminating in hours spent interpreting old records.
We’re changing all of that, solving the challenges that have long plagued our industry through our commitment to fast, reliable, customer-first service powered by technology forward approach.

Our work spans residential and commercial real estate, but the heart of what we do lies in giving people the tools to make a space their own. That’s why we place such a high value on relationships – at Direct Title Solutions, people are always our first focus.
This is because we’re a family business – and always have been. Direct Title Solutions began as an idea in 2000: our CEO and President, Bryan Marion, spent many a night sleeping at his basement desk, working long hours to ensure the burgeoning company’s success. Back then, the company focused primarily on title abstract and recording services, now known as Wholesale Title Solutions™.
In 2005, the Retail Title Solutions™ segment was born, expanding the business to handle real estate closing services.
Many years later, here we are: an ever-growing company that’s nationally recognized for its revolutionizing effects on the title industry. Our reach is wide: we conduct title searches in 10 states and are licensed to issue title insurance throughout Maryland, North Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia, and we’re in the process of expanding even further. But we’re still based in the town where we began, proudly headquartered in Winchester, Virginia.
Meet the Team
Bryan Marion, CEO and Founder
Bryan dove into the title industry in 1997, then in 2000 started his title abstract and recording business in a basement, now known as Wholesale Title Solutions. Through his work as an entrepreneur, Bryan deeply understands and is passionate about the power of people: he believes that working with others and building strong relationships can turn big dreams into a reality. Bryan and his wife, Amy, run the company together with the help of an excellent, ever-expanding team.
